Sold- 2006 Ranger Z20 for sale $7000 needs motor

I have a 2006 Ranger Z20 for Sale. The boat needs a new motor according to the mechanic. We have a 2006 Yamaha V Max which apparently sucked up weeds, overheated and damaged the cylinders and pistons. Mechanic mentioned that the Yamaha parts are hard to come by and advised that we repower. Anyhow, we want to sell it as is. The boat is seldom used. Z-20 is 20-5" and the body is a 7 or 8 of 10. There are small of upholstery tear in the seats. Carpets are beige and in great condition. Couple of the livewell pumps are not working. There is an HDS 9 in the front and an HDS 5 in the console. Two trolling motor batteries are 3 years old, but again, seldom used. The cranking battery is new. The trailer tongue has a hydraulic leak. Tires are 7/10 with plenty of tread. Lastly, the second console is missing a cover to the storage box. Boat is beautiful as can be seen in the photos.
