2007 25hp mercury outboard

My grandfather is selling a 2007 25hp mercury out board motor. He is selling it to upsize to a 40hp. It is a fuel injected 4 stroke. Runs awesome and is regularly maintained by a professional shop. He has all of the maintenance records for it. Very low hours because he would only run it out on the lake then troll with his kicker motor. I can get picks as needed. $2100

Is it a short shaft? Tiller handle ? Electric start ? Thanks

I believe it is a short shaft. It's on a 14' deep v tracker. No tiller handle. Setup for a steering wheel. Yes Electric start.
