2008/2012 Evinrude 250HO no lower unit

2008 housing rebuilt in 2012 with 2012 powerhead, mid section, and lower unit. Rebuilt again in 12/2021. Lost lower and decided to repower. All servicing done at Cal Customs in Redding. 1123:23 hrs on original motor, 167.74 hrs on rebuild. All cylinders compression tested between 103-107. Comes with extra starter and new injector. $3900
