My boat is a 2011 Phoenix 721.
Yamaha 250 4stroke SHO.
Minn Kota 101 (new in Feb. '12)
Lowrance HDS 8 in dash, and HDS 7 up front
Structure Scan and Sonic Hub installed
8ft. Minn Kota Talon
Tandem axle trailer with the "Gator Hyde" coating

The motor has about 160hours and comes with 4 more years of warranty. It has 4 new Interstate batteries and Genius charger.

This boat is amazing. The layout, the fishability, the rough water handling, the speed. And the SHO is so sweet! Not having to put oil in the boat, you will never go back to a 2stroke! Looks like new.

what is the top speed and fuel effnency

I have no idea what the fuel efficiency is specifically. I know I never had any concerns making long runs on mead during the US Open, so I suspect it is quite good. While I'm not a speed freak I do know that with 2 aboard 75 was quite possible.

Of course fuel efficiency is closely tied to how the boat is driven.
