2nd anniversary of the Delta Tribal Environmental Coalition

This is the 2nd anniversary of the Delta Tribal Environmental Coalition’s Amicus Brief outlining the discriminatory practices that continue with water diversions from the Delta watershed. Filed by the Stanford Environmental Law Clinic on behalf of the Winnemem Wintu Tribe, Shingle Springs Band of Miwok Indians, Little Manila Rising, and Restore the Delta (with Buena Vista Rancheria of Me-Wuk Indians joining as a later partner), this brief informed our petition under Title VI accepted by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
