700 Nutria Taken in Eradication Program

Rep. Josh Harder, D-Modesto, toured the California Department of Fish and Wildfire’s nutria eradication program headquarters on Friday.

The program aims to combat the invasion of nutria across the state.

Officials hope to leverage federal support for the program.
