About this Skeet "thing"......
Little Story about...Skeet Reese...
I was drawn for the Bass 150 Mobile Alabama Delta back in 2000.
The tournament was over. I had roomed with Jack Gadlage all week. We walked into a resturant to get a bite to eat. Jack headed for the bar and I followed. We were the only two in the bar. Jack went to relieve himself. As he walked out Skeet walked into the bar and looked around. He went over to Jack and asked him to join him for dinner. He then looked at me, walked over, introduced himself, and asked me if I would join him and some friends for dinner.
It was not until halfway through dinner when I said to Skeet, that I was friends with Jimmy and Kathy.
His reply was:"who?"
It was then he realized that I was from California.
I have gone on to know Skeet and can tell you that Skeet is one of the finest business men in this sport.
He knows what he's doing and saying at all times.
I have only had two Anglers ever come up to me and and introduce themselves at the same time get asked to join them for dinner. The second was Edwin Evers, at last years Bass Open Championship.
I had never met Skeet, before that. I had fished with Jimmy as an AM with Won Bass in 1998.

I call BS on you!
In to a bar?? After harping on me about drinking at Shasta and the Delta, I think your story got fishy
HA!

I'll bet...
you'd like to know who else was at the table? Keep drinking...your funny when you've had a few. Har!
I was facinated with your shoes
Dude, those palm tree vans gotta be worth money?? I'd save them for the Smithsonian
so was my daughter...
My daughter Ali came up to me and wanted to know where in the world Sieg finds those shoes still and that she wanted to call the fashion police on him.

I think they have a bar at goodwill
Maybe he seen Roland Martin at the bar in the goodwill store after he bumped in to Skeet buying used visors while Seig was out for them shoes...
