"California Rig"
1/2 oz lead head also available in "Tin" for a lead free head. Air brushed head, epoxy coated for durability; three wires out the back size .031 size; with ball bearing swivels and split rings. This rig was made to conform with Calif DFG regulations. Also available in the "Arizona Rig" with two wires out the back. This also comes in a spinnerbit type model, with a single willowleaf blade. You guys are overlooking an obvious, but collateral violation of Fish an Game law (I'm too lazy to look it up and and quote it, but),
If you are fishing solo and already have a 5 fish limit on board, I believe you can only bring one fish onboard at a time to cull.
If I have 5 fish in the livewell and bring 3 fish onboard, is this not a violation?
I remember a while back that as soon as you had 5 fish on board, you had to quit fishing, but the uproar was too loud from the tourny groups and a waver given to allow 6 fish on board for the sole purpose of culling.
Now if I'm allowed to have 8 fish on board, why can't I just fill the livewells and cull later??

In that scenario the angler does not have to boat the fish. They can be netted and released from the net while it is in the water. Maybe only the largest can be kept.

And what if and what if.... Suppose you have five in the livewell and you hook 2 fish on a spook or a rip bait? Same situation right? Are you concerned about that as well? Maybe after you put your fifth fish in the box you should only fish with a single hook like a dart head or texas rig.

The obvious answer is to stop fishing and cull down to 5, but that doesn't make for good drama

Nope, their still in your your posession whether they hit your deck or not, otherwise I could keep 10 on a stringer hanging out the back as long as I don't boat em.

Nope, 2 fish on a spook is accidental, your'e only targeting only one fish at a time. On the Alabama you're intentionally targeting 3 fish at a time.

Like snagging. It's illegal to do it intentionally, but it happens every once in a while, and you gotta release the fish.

Why thank you. You know they check your status when entering the state and take away your keyboard if you don't qualify as a pro.
That means you ams are only allowed an Etch-A-Sketch in California.

As glaringly obvious in your own post, you used comas where dot dot dot is required, started your next statement with a capital letter, followed by more comas.
Obviously an amatuer, turn in your computer right away.
