I ordred a couple things from them last wednesday and my order still hadn't gone out as of this morning. When I called to find out what was going on I was told it was because of the holdiay weekend. I'm thinking you have to be kidding me, then I told them I wanted to cancel me order and the guy is a jerk about it. They could deffinitely use some customer service training from Tackle Warehouse!

No experience with them but MonsterTackle.com is new site but experienced customer service. They are Outdoor Pro Shop. They will have your stuff out same day usually. TackleWarehouse is good also.

I think if your order packs small LBF ships via USPS which takes longer and might explain the 'Holiday Weekend' excuse. I order my Wave Worm Tiki Drops (reapers) from them and they arrive via the post office (aka 'slow boat') ..... LBF is located in northern Michigan also ...
