Anyone know who would service a 1998 Evinrude Intruder?

I've called almost 10 different places in the Sacramento area and have only found 1 place that would service my 98 150hp Evinrude Intruder. Just looking to have an annual service done to it. Wasn't real comfortable talking with the 1 place I found on the phone, I asked how much a annual service/tune up would be and he asked me what I wanted done to it. I figured he should have known what an annual service would include. I said well the lower unit oil should be changed, spark plugs replaced and a compression test. I asked how much the service would cost and mentioned right before I asked, that finding a mechanic to work on motors earlier than 2000 was really hard to find...He started out saying it would be "3...I mean 450$" like he raised the price on me after he thought about it for a second that I couldn't find another place to service it. And that was just for a lower unit oil change, spark plug replacement and a compression test. All of which I can youtube and do myself which I may end up doing if I can't find someone within a couple hours from Sacramento.
