Ken Mah explained the event....

The Wild West Bass Trail #apexprotour stop #3 is now streaming on Outdoor Action TV I was fortunate to Win this event earlier this year on the Columbia River in Arlington OR.
This is the whole show from phase 1 of the #spartan580 where I had an unbelievable fish catch that is must see TV. This is the same event that's Christian Ostrander Fishing caught a 120 scorable bass(14" or larger) in one day.

This is the highest qualified level of competitive fishing we have out here.
-Live leader board via TourneyX
-Televised via Pursuit Channel
Hybrid Format
-Top 5 in most scorable bass
-Top 5 in highest weight after 2 days advance to the top 10
-Weights zero top 10
-30 day off limits
-No practice period
-No information Rule

Watch ! The world’s longest, most rigorous, professional bass event in history! Slated for NINE days of battle. These pros chase smallmouth bass after the first spawn. These pros put together strategies to keep them fishing. The Spartan580 event covered over 200 miles of waterway, 3 bodies of water , collaborated with 3 cities, involved over 90 staff / volunteers and partnered with over 20 businesses/ several municipalities. A huge undertaking!
