Need some help with planning it. First off I am getting married Sept 3rd in Brentwood. I have some friends flying in from NC, TX, AZ and we are going to go to Lake Tulloch for the Wed and Thurs before. I know not for fishing so much just to hang out and maybe tube/wakeboard and rent some jet skis.

I want to take my boat up(03 Champion 196) and do some fishing too though. Am i wasting my time fishing there or will I just have to work for em? I was also thinking about cruising up to New Melones to fish, but have never been there either. Would it be worth it? Problem is I have about 8 guys and 1 boat. Delta option is kinda out...I want to go somewhere else and the options of jumping off some cliffs and some nice scenery sound good. I plan on just staying at the resort there. The houses out there are steep to rent for a couple nights. We just want to hang out and catch up a little bit. We aren't gonna get crazy either so if anyone might have an option as far as lodging I may have missed please let me know.

Those days should be less boat on the water, so you can get your fishing on! I believe they have a open night tournament there every Weds too. Your ratio to boat I can't help you there. The resort your best bet if you don't plan on camping at south shore.
