Big challenge on this lake is that it is a "NO cull lake" - you catch it and decide if you want to keep it.

This is in no way a Donkey Punch at you Rick, I just find it hard to beleive that someone of your calibur and respect from a lot of anglers would make such a statement. You have more acces to people involved at B.A.S.S. to get the truth and know how about the "secret society B.A.S.S. Federation in California". Here is Andrew Sayles number 916-425-2593 and you can even find it on Bassmaster.com under Federation State Presidents as well. Post it in your shop and spread the word, support and help do away with that secret society .
