Great articles, just like I had figured. As long as FLW has enough guys buying boats to qualify they could care less where the events are. But I think its going to bite them in the rear end real soon..

Terry- Great article.

However, there was a small mistake in that the FLW Everstarts became the Strens not the National Guards. You listed it as becoming the National Guards.

Otherwise-the information was very true and I would suggest that you send Cris Hoover at FLW a link or a copy of the article.

His email is choover@flwoutdoors.com

Awesome articles.

I do think that FLW has GUT HOOKED a lot of guys with the payouts. That is a great plan to hook anglers, if they believe that is the payout they "deserve." So a Boat or something less isnt worth their time.

As far as BASS coming back, the western guy has proved a bit fickle. One minute they love the regional, then BASS, then FLW, seems like whatever "new" thing shows up they leave the other.
Just saying that is how it looks to an outsider.

Cool to see Im not the only one saying that. Then again, Im the guy winning monopoly money as a CO out here, cuz my boat is east.

Thanks Ricky, I'll have that changed. There have been so many damn changes out here it's difficult to keep track of them. As for me writing Chris and letting him know about the articles, why don't you do that. You fish the events and have more at stake than I do. Some day I'll fish them (2 years and counting) but until then I'm just an armchair quarterback.

Done. It thought that two emails would be better than one.

Great work.

Here are some cool videos from the BASS Central Open last week on Rayburn: http://www.fishingonastringtournamenttr ... yburn.html

I got one on bottom messing with some topwater schooling fish.

You might want to bookmark this guy if you ever think about going to fish in Texas. He has a lot of good video interviews from tournamnet winners out there.
