Berkley AC/ WRL Central Valley Opener

The first tournament for the Berkley AC/ Western Rookie League, Central Valley Region is taking place at this very moment on Lake Milllerton with a 30 boat field, an increase in participation from 2010. The weather conditions started out cool in the very early morning hours but that didn’t stop the amateur anglers arriving to fish in this event. As the morning progressed into the early afternoon, it became a sunny, warm “spring” day! With anticipation of catching the big bass, the game is on!
Good luck to all anglers! An update will follow after the tournament results have been posted on the Anglers Choice website – WRL Central Valley page, so watch for a recap of this event.
The next tournament for the Berkley AC/ WRL will be held at Lake Castaic on Saturday, January 29th for the Southern Region followed by the Northern Region at Lake Oroville on February 5th then to Lake Berryessa for the Delta/ Wine Region on February 19th.
