Best Place to Fish From The Shore In Oroville

Hey Everyone!

Me and a buddy are planning on fishing Lake Oroville tomorrow evening. We would like to try our luck with Bass and Trout and will be fishing from the shore.

Does anyone have any recommendations of where we should try out. I have herd the afterbay is a good spot.

Any recommendations/tips would be greatly appreciated!

Corner of the dam by bathrooms or foreman creek. Gates close at sunset at foreman also easier walking there. Stick to left and deeper coves points.

I used to fish Lime Saddle area before I had a boat, did well all around the launch ramp, and to the right side of the ramp as you look down hill, left side never got anything. Most other places the walk is a killer, as the lake is down 114 feet now.
