Boat trailer

Hello I have 2000 fisher 16 Avenger. I noticed a little rust on the trailer and went to investigate and found a mess. Does anyone know if there are used trailers dealers around Northern California?? I might be able to take it to a welder but I think I might need a new or used one. Any info will help thanks.

Bruce's Tire in Lodi does trailer repairs.
Kim knows what he is doing. Lots of parts on hand. Good people.
