It looks as though my 5/5/5 charger has bit the dust and possibly taken all 3 of my batteries with it! This charger was installed new in June of last year, so it is still under warranty and I am sure that Pro Mariner is going to replace it, but I am going to have to foot the bill to ship the bad one back to them! I am also going to push real hard for them to replace it with a different model after reading all the bad reviews on the BPS website.
My starting battery is less than a year old, so I think I can get it replaced under warranty. However, both my trolling batteries were in the boat when I bought it...they both have late 2005 dates, so it might be time to replace them anyway! Just thought I would share this info...If it wasn't for Phil on Sunday I might still be out on the Delta!!!
