I would think a boat in great condition in this year range is worth 12K + depending on the accessories. I ran it on NADA (without knowing the exact model of boat and motor) and came up with just over 9k. Make sure you have the motor checked by a reputable shop, the $200 or so for the check will save you headaches in the long run.

i think gator pretty much nailed it on the head. I was thinking about 10k. updated electronics and a mechanic ok on low hours could bump it up.
