Hey Dave all of Franks track is good, But the south corner area is best for me try a wacky rigged Senko on in coming tide.

I am in the same boat. On my first trip to the delta we did well in the NW part of Frank's Tract on Texas rigged creatures right up tight on the tules on outgoing tide; it really slowed on the incoming tide and after the 25 MPH winds came up.

I plan to fish both days this weekend and next, exploring outward from Frank's. Any suggestions from others would be much appreciated!

Back in the day when I fished Frank's I had some decent success in Piper Slough and Little Franks. Also in those days one could get the Porthole Special for $5, a full plate of biscuits and white gravy with chunks of sausage at the Rusty Porthole

Are you thinking the SE corner or the SW corner?

Because of random underwater snags I don't recommend running around Franks Tract willy nilly. When you want to cross it simply pick a straight line and get across to other side. The worst day is when the wind is blowing directly from the north. I once busted a windshield on my boat on a north wind day in Franks.

North end where the water inlets are
Conditions change so often you have fish and learn it
Fish live all over and around Frank’s.
Just pick an area you like and learn it
Senko gets bites just about any time you find active fish
