Fast Eddie,

USAC did not respond to this thread as it was based on total hearsay with no facts to back it up. To move forward and take action on somthing so flimsy could end up placing USAC on the wrong end of litigation.

When someone has a factual complaint about a cheating issue, we will look into it, however USAC is not going to go on a witch hunt based upon a post as weak as this one was.

I have DQ'd five anglers for life and a dozen or so from individual events based upon verifiable accusations regarding cheating, or other asundry rules violations, so don't think that is something that TD's ignore. A good TD will take all protests or accusations if wrongdoings seriously and make the most informed call possible.
Make it idiot proof and someone will invent a better idiot

So was it a fish or a culmrite? They look about as similar as a fish and jumper cables...

DAMN! You got told SON! LMAO..... First you should never ever accuse anyone of somthing unless your 100% point blank positive. remember innoccent until proven quilty? However I can see why you would come on here and post what "YOU THOUGHT YOU SAW"

cheating is somthing that has happen from time to time over the years around this neck of the woods. I have seen it all tied up fish ( I personaly cut em loose on Folsom up New York Creek prefishing a WCB tournament) ,caged fish, remember just a few short years ago the guy who caged his fish and DFG clipped the fishes fins and when the guy came to weigh em in BUSTED, I think that happen on the Delta.

I dont think people grasp the concept of the serious consquense that comes from cheating I mean you could go to jail but the worst part is no one would ever respect you again and to me that would be the worst feeling to know the sport you love has no place for you any longer. Cheaters SUCK!

As for the lie detector test (LDT) I have seen the arguments over the years on this very fourm about how accurrate they are and are not.

Here we have some 14 posting lurker (sorry, but if the shoe fits..) who is willing to spew sewage without even checking the clubs official website and readily available tourney schedule.
No hull number, names, nothing. Just chicken little crap that always gets the hackles raised of everybody with no proof that it even occurred. Don't even know if they were in a tourney.
1) Get proof
2) Then post or report to TD.
Way to go Chad!!
Exactly what I was talking about. Unless you know the FACTS, it's best just to STFU and not ASSUME anything because the odds of collateral damage is too great and not worth it.
And shame on everyone that jumped on that wagon without any proof what so ever.
Boy, you've been served!!

Now that it is out there, from both sides I am going to lock this one up for prosperity's sack. I do like how the apology is if that is what you were really doing then I apologize.

The morale of the story is before you say somone is cheating, you should be 100% certain. If you see any one doing something suspicious write down their CF numbers and report it to CAL TIP or the Local TD's they will investigate.
