Mike Krnaich sacked 'em up at Clear Lake, reporting 34 pounds for his best five that included this 12.90.
He caught his tweener in 20-feet of water and said, "She wrapped herself around some deep rock right away. I could feel the line grinding. As soon I got her loose, she headed for deeper water and then came up 20 yards offshore and jumped."
"I knew then she was a DD and could be 12+. She made several deep runs and it almost felt like a big catfish but I already saw her. When I finally got her in, me my son Kobe and friend Jeremy were jumping and yelling as if I did a back flip on my BMX for the first time. So fun to share it with them!"
Krnaich said the 3 in the pic went 24 pounds.
What an awesome day on Clear Lake.
