Lucerne Harbor Boat Launch Closure

After consultation between the Lake County Sheriff’s Office Marine Patrol, Lake County Water Resources, and Lake County Public Services, the boat ramp at Lucerne Harbor Park was closed on May 28th due to unsafe conditions resulting from low water levels. Alternative free public boat launch facilities in the region include the Clearlake Oaks boat launch facility at 12684 Island Drive in Clearlake Oaks, and Library Park at 200 Park Street in Lakeport.

I just heard from Ross Englund “Clear Lake Guide Service “ that they just closed 2 lanes of the Redbud ramp !...

I think a mistake has been made based on your date and time of post. We all launched there Wednesday night for the WNS. All lanes open with no issues.

Lucerne has been closed since March. Redbud is getting sketchy, stay in the middle lanes and keep trimmed up. I also heard a rumor that Nice is closed as well. Pretty much got Lakepark, Konocti and the Oaks.

Launched at County park yesterday. Lake is dropping.End of ramp is visible and from power loading there is a rock pile less than 2 feet deep behind it. Hit the skeg with motor half way up.
