NOW THAT THE RUMSEY IS -0.06 DOES THAT MEAN NO WATER GOING DOWN THE CREEK ?????

No it does not. They have a min flow to keep the fish in the creek alive. Infact belive it or not they were letting more water out last week than the required min. Several anglers staying at the casino this week are getting in and out the mouth. State Park ramp is now closed due to trailers going off the bottom edge and getting stuck. Lucerne ramp is unusable but the rest of them remain open.
