i don't have a boat but if you end up walking where are you going to go? i've done alot of bank fishing on clearlake. i might ed up over there myself

mike21, The north end has been slow with heavy stained water. I recommend concentrating yourself to the south end of the lake around Jago, Konocti, Redbudd area. The water is much clearer and the fishing seem more willing to play in the south end. Weather this past weekend was rough, very rough on the main body. With the nicer weather I expect more fish to move shallow but that might change again this weekend with another front coming in. I recommend trying to fish a little deeper right now in front of docks or breaks.....

Actually Mike...The north end is clearing up quickly. Went out yesterday and today. What a difference a day makes and throw in two days of straight sunshine.
Lots of two and three pounders...haven't found any over three yet.
They are somewhere... :wink:
