Countrywide Refinance BEWARE

Post by rexford »

We tried to refinance with Countrywide a few months ago.
We are a current customer, have excellent credit and have
more equity in our home then our loan. They accepted our
$400 refinance payment and that was the last we heard of
them. Over 3 dozen emails and phone calls later and still
no closer to an explanation or resolution. Just thought I
would warn my fishing buddies that might be considering
using Countrywide.
