Delta Smallmouth?

Wanted to take my dad and little brother out for some smallmouth fishing tomorrow for fathers day. Is it too early into summer?

With all the pesky skiers and watersports goin on out on the Delta, I'd take them to Pardee for smallmouth. Chances of catching a giant smally is a lot better at Pardee than the Delta. Plus, NO SKIERS!!!! just my 2¢
