Delta water clarity

Post by Jim Wilson »

What part of the Delta has the most visibility right now? 2 weeks ago franks had about 1ft and mildred was a little better with about 2 1/2 ft. Last week big break was terrible with only about 6" of visibiity. This stable weather hopefully should have cleared the water up some.

I want to take my 7 yr old out this weekend and have him look at some bed fish. He likes seeing them.

Not sure where its clear but my buddy was out yesterday said whites and potato slough are muddy but its hit and miss because i think the farmers might be pulling water at certain times which i think changes the water clarity. Hope it helps
