I have spent a year developing this hook specificaly for the "dek rig", "dick rig", "Izz rig", "nail weight","neko rig or any other name you want to use for a head weighted wacky soft plastic. It is a custom made light wire super sharp bouble hook with the o-ring attached to a permanent loop designed into the shank of the hook. No longer loose fish due to the plactic getting balled up on the bait during the hookset. It may ball up on one point but the second point gets them every time. You can use your o-ring tool or easier yet just spread it open with the point of your pliers, slide on the soft plastic, Senko, HAVOC Bottom Hopper, Trick Worm, ect. and your ready to go. Baits last even longer due to not having to ever stick the hook point threw the plastic to rig. The o-ring is sized to snugly hold a thinner worm but will also accomidate the bulkyness of a senko. The custom bend of this double hook also allows the bait to move freely between the points and is remarkably snagless for an open hook.
