Unreal, These people can't get out of their own way. Agriculture is not taking any water yet. This is all either environmental or more likely for their power plants. The problem right now is that Shasta is not doing very well. They will need to use more water out of Folsom and Oroville to deal with the salt intrusion in the delta. Pray for a wet spring and snow. They can't screw up storage in the form of snow lol

Was checking the upper Sac by Dog Creek, the low flows are not helping Shasta.

Still a ton of snow on the summit as of a few weeks ago. I drive over the hill Wednesday. I'll take some pics. We've also had some snow recently.

Ag is taking water in Stanislaus County. All the canals are full. Heard they were going to start irrigation early this year.
They have been dumping water out of Melones for over a month now. Makes no sense because there can't be enough snow pack to even come close to filling these reservoirs.

Re: Dumping Lake Oroville
Well how many times have we heard the powers at be say, the snow pack is are main source of water in this state???
That being said, If you let the water out of Oroville this soon at this rate. A the snow pack will be a non factor and B
the Dam won't be generating power by June 15th. And the list goes on.....hope it rains soon I guess...
