Unbelievable service from these guys. I had a couple BBZ 8" floaters (that had seen alot of use and caught alot of fish) that didn't float anymore. Emailed Bill to ask if there was a way I could fill em with foam or something to get em to float again. He replied "we stand behind our baits and you need to send em back and we'll send new ones." A gentleman named Syd from Spro in GA contacted me 1st thing the next morning and said "send em and we'll make it right!".
I sent em and recieved not only 2 brand new baits to replace the old ones, but "another bait for my trouble" in timely fashion!!! Unreal that a company stands behind their product like that! Thank you Bill Siemantel, Syd Rives, and Spro. Your Great C/S, communication and quick response is VERY APPRECIATED! WOW!
