Float tubing the Delta?

I live in Napa and want to float tube the Delta for bass. Where are safe places to launch that I can navigate tides and boat traffic safely in my tube? Thanks!

i fish out of a kickboat you should launch out of russos.alot of good water you can fish docks and tules also it is 5mph for the boats right there.. also you can paddle out to franks.

Are you in a kickboat or a tube?

I'm fishing out of a tube so you're welcome to join up with me anytime. I've got a 3-4 spots that I fish out of up there. My biggest draw-back is that I don't cover a lot of water, but the water that I do get to I usually have to myself. It's a little cold to be sitting in the water now; I'd rather be in a boat!
