What are the launch conditions at Granite Bay right now? Any chance the launch will be open on saturday with a dock?
Have they pulled the trigger on the 5mph speed limit, I know it is getting close.

Granite Bay is open, the lake is at 401 and should be good for running thru the weekend.
As usual, BLM did nothing to capture one drop of this latest storm and now has pee'ed it all away down the river. Farmers are starving for water in the central valley, but yet our lakes are drying up....government run amuck!!!!!
Folsom is is good shape to launch, Granite has 5 ft. at the dock with a nice dock on the ramp, and 7-10 ft. out to the 5 MPH buoys.
Good luck

While I can NEVER boast that of Jim, Jimbo, Jim Scarlett, wooch or whatever he calls himself these day, I can say the fish are there and they are chewin' in the top 20 ft. on alot of different plastics. My favorite lately has been a Yami Hula Grub on a 3/8 football head. Been getting quite a few fish on the island tops as well as more than a few dropshotin' and darterheadin'.
Reaction has been tough for me, but I have got a few Rico fish up the north fork.
Good Luck
