OROVILLE CA. – The weather may be cooling down for the last event of the 2022 FPT season, but you can be sure that the race for the coveted Ram Trucks “Guts and Glory” Angler of the Year title is hotter than ever.

Leading the pack by a narrow margin is the team of Luke Lipanovich and Joe Mariani, two "young guns" anglers that have ventured out of their Lake Berryessa "comfort zone" to wreck havoc at every one the different lakes the Future Pro Tour has visited in 2022, scoring two first place, and two second place finishes on three different bodies of water.
But this race is not settled by a long shot as several teams - in arms reach of these leaders, will be waiting - and fishing every point and drop-off on the lake, for the chance at knocking these guys of the top of the mountain, to take home the title of "Ram Trucks Angler of the Year" - the award that honors the most consistent angler of the tour's 2022 season.

And remember, we will take late sign-ups Saturday morning beginning at 5am at the LOAFER CREEK parking lot (Not Bidwell as planned), where limited membership fees of just $10 will be available to those that can only fish this event, or simply wish to try out FPT events.
