There's a new kayak tournament circuit for all you Northern California anglers. Tim Arthur of El Dorado Hills, CA and Marvin from Mobbin Outdoors are bringing you a new 100% payback circuit located on Folsom Lake in the foothills east of Sacramento.
The circuit has been 1.5 years in the planning. The tournaments started out with a 25 angler cap and quickly grew to 50 anglers per event. He reported that they will stay with the 50 angler cap for regular season events but they are in the planning phases for one more open events in late 2019 / early 2020.
Their next regular season event will be on October 12th and they will be launching out of Brown's Ravine. To sign up, check them out on their From the Depths FB page.
