Gel Coat repair

I have some stress cracks in the gel coat around the tie anchors from not using the bumpers and having the boat hit the dock and want to know if anyone in the Orange County or even So. California knows of a place that will fix it up and make it look new. Also if anyone know how much (just a ball park area) this cost.
