Great Result for Fisherman Injured on the Road

Post by The Fisherman's Lawyer »

Happy to report a great result for a fisherman who was injured on the way to the water. The driver only had the minimum California insurance, and it was a battle trying to find a way to pay for rehabilitation and lost earnings. I'm thankful we found enough money where the family least expected it--in their own policy!

Give me a ring if you ever need The Fisherman's Lawyer. See you in Whiskey Slough or Mildred down the road.

Unrelated incident but ... You never what can happen on the road... (or the water)

Here's one from last summer

A large boat broke free from its trailer Saturday and landed on top of the truck towing it.

Rescue crews responded to the unusual scene at 5:38 p.m. to secure the boat and treat victims for injuries, the Union Hill Fire Department said on Facebook.

The victims, whose identities were not released, were treated at the scene.

Man, I hate to say it, but it could have been worse! How many of us have seen this kind of thing on the road.
