How hard is it to be up front with the non-boater about what you expect them to pay? If you are upfront about what you want then the NB will know what to expect. If the NB don't like how much you wanna charge them don't let them in your boat, BUT YOU WON'T BE FISHING NOW TOO IF ITS A PRO AM, FUN FISHING YOUR GOOD!. If boaters want the NB to pay for their boat (insurance, boat payment etc. LMAO) Then let him have half the rights to your boat! this stuff is just funny to me....

If you drive up with the boater pay half the gas for the vehicle. If you drive up on your own don't.

Pay half the boat gas that was used for the day.

Buy your own lunch, let him buy his.

Split the oil cost if the boater feels you need to.

Pay your own part of the tourney fee.

Offer to help wipe down the boat at the end of the day, and keep the boat clean, and be ready to roll at any given moment. You do these things, and I'm sure the boater will take be willing to take you out again!

For the record -- I was TOTALLY Bummed after yesterday/lastnight with my NB and his Partner !!

Launched as soon as I could get the fence back up and my NB and his partner and I launched at 1155.

We fished down the Dutch -- Ran acorss Franks, Picked up a Frog at Mah BrothA's pad and let my Back Seaters partner go to the bathroom.

Later met up with BrothA Phyliss who is already pre-fishing for the WON ~ and we all went to The Landing where I ended up buying ... Phyillis gave the waitress a tip that her teeth were bad and that her tramp stamp was loosing shape.

Came home to find out that my wife and son went OUT TO DINNER instead of just making Mac'n'Cheese with some Bar S Chicken Dogs.

Went to get the money from my NB -- and he already spent everything he had in a TTunsten 1.5oz Punchin' Weight, some 7" Senko's (Senko's don't work I keep tellin' him !) ..... and even his change bucket in his closet was empty !!

I tried to get my NB's Partner to hold a fish like Ben Williams does ... But I gotta catchem' first apparently...... cause Cooch is Enamored with Ben's dog !!



I even let my NB drive most of the day to make it a more memorable trip for him.




Yesterday cost about $150... Life to short to sweat the small stuff. -- Heck- We will all be dead soon enoufhg and you can't take it with you.
