HDS9 Gen3 Ram mount

What Ram mount should I use for HDS9 Gen3 ? C or D size (1.5 dia or 2.25 dia). Yes marine application. Thanks for your response

I have used both sizes but the 2.25 is much stronger.

After using a Ram, I am now using the Cisco electronic mount; much better
