Help with Lowrance 332c

Post by adamsj13 »

Hi All. I have the 332 c and the sonar isnt working. Its a shot thru hull and Not sure where its at. What are the odds of the transducer going bad or come loose from the fixed position? Any tips on troubleshooting it? Thanks all

Suggest You Swap 332c With One Known To Work

on another vessel. Post a request here and perhaps someone who has a 332c or compatible will allow you to test your unit on their boat. That way you will have eliminated a whole bunch of possibilities. Don't forget to also test your unit on their boat. This process will tell you a lot. Good luck. Richard - Sonora

You should hear a ticking sound when your unit is on. If not, your transducer is not pinging and not giving you any sonar readings.

I recently had to replace my transducer on my 332c this year. You may want to have your unit checked out by a qualified person before buying a new transducer.

Hopefully it is just the transducer like it was on mine.
