They need too ramp up spending to
meet the 2033 deadline.
Last year it cost taxpayers 3.1 million dollars a day last year on construction cost.
In the next 4 years they will have too
increase its daily spending by nine time a day to meet the 2033 deadline.
As much as 2 dollars billion a year till 2033
