Kayak Friendly Marinas on the Delta

Curious how many Marinas that don't have launch ramps are friendly to kayaks paying to launch off their docks. Anyone have any insight? Bullfrog and Cruiser Haven look like sweet spots to put in, but a lot of these places don't look like they would allow it.

Paradise Marina is a great place to launch. There is great fishing very close.
