Fishing derby - The annual Walter Banks Fishing Derby for boys and girls, ages 15 and under, will be from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Pixie Woods on Monte Diablo Boulevard. The Stockton Rod and Gun Club sponsors the free event that includes fishing, lunch and prizes. Children are provided with rods, reels and bait. Information: Mario Buscaia, (209) 479-4412.
