Lake Oroville Baitfish types???
What are the types of baitfish in Lake Oroville? Of those what are the bass mostly feeding on in the winter? Thanks for the info.
Re: Lake Oroville Baitfish types???
When I get baitfish spit up by bass it is almost always smelt. Small whitish looking bait.
I would rather jog home from my own Vasectomy than spend Saturday at the mall.

More specifically, the smelt are wakasagi

Smelt is the bait fish that is ABUNDANT in Orroville - which is why that float and fly is so damn popular out there. Choice of Bait in the Winter - I would focus on the jig for the crawdad bite
Brown black jig with Green pumpkin trailer does pretty well.
