WB LAKERS FANS MEETUP?

Post by Alex M. »

The Lakers are taking on GoldenState in a pre-season game @ THE FORUM(OLD SKOOL STYLE) Fri, Oct 9, 2009 07:00 PM

Was thinking this might be a perfect opportunity to have a meetup for all the WB Lakers fans. There are still tickets available. I found lower section seats for like $40bux(+ $9bux service charge  ). Or if you like there are even cheaper seats (and more expensive too). These tickets are priced well below what you'd pay to see the squad at Staples(trust me, I've paid out my @$$ multiplte times to watch the Lake Show live...and it ain't no walk in the park)
Gimme some input ASAP if you'd be interested in going???

PS....
This year's Christmas Day Game will be against..............................

Lebron(+shaq) and The Cavs. The're gonna get beat like the Celts did last Christmas.

hahahaha I know all about it. Dude when i drove past Pyramid (never fished it) on the way home from CL It looked steep. Is that the case? Does it drop off quick? Lots of frog mat I saw.

I know holmes. I have some killer green worms. My buddy just poured a bunch. They get bit!!!!

As of right now. I dont work that weekend. I could be way down. Its the weekend after I spend 10 days on Havasu so I should be down. Who knows we could get on them good in that 10 day period and want to go back for more. I love my some smallmouth topwater death. Thats why I've been fishing ARROWHEAD 8) . 20 fish days.. one of my bosses that have a house on the water said some local guy caught a 8lb + smallie last week. I havent seen pics or a story about it anywhere. They are in there though. Ive seen em.

I love desert lakes bro. In fact I love all lakes. I get super pumped fishing golf course ponds.. . That's just how I am.

Yeah r we gonna brown bag st. ides in the parking lot. I may be down to go. Let me know when you get those tickets I got a obnoxious Laker fan friend who will want to go. green worms w/ orange flake handpoured outdoors from central cal are my go to worms. If this doesn't materialize then a trip to Santa Anita would be cool.

Santa Anita? Do you mean Hollywood Park? I just need confirmation then we can buy the tix all together. Bring your buddy if he's into St. Ides and NorCal's finest handpoured worms. Or in your case...If he's into cougar's that are on their death-beds  And....NO SUCH THING AS AN OBNOXIOUS LAKERS FAN!

John...
I love all lakes TOO.....WOW...Talk about coincidence! That's just how I am! I once had a secret mini pond full of trophies that used to make my BPMs go up in hurry.
Pyramid has it steep areas(winter...BIG jigs). And I've swung hard on my fair number of Kermit eating bass on those exact mats you saw from I-5. Pyramid has ALOT to offer. That's why it's my home away from home. I told you, you're welcome to come get some of this anytime you like:

I'm in the wrong line of work dude. You just got back from like 10 days at Clear Lake...now another 10 days on Havvy??? You're sick wit it kid! I need to be in the clementine tangerine/russet potato/granny smith apple business. What do you work, like a fireman's schedule? 20 on 10 off etc?

Lake Show ALL DAY

I work around the clock 24-7 with this produce gig. Its not an easy gig. So when I have **** that I like to do my bosses dont really care because I give them my all. All the guys in my office are super close and they even fish too and now how its my passion and they are cool with me fishing it. In fact they love it when I come back after takign down a derby. They love hearing all about it. I just gave a D shot seminar last week to two of the owners here that live in Arrowhead. Or one of their homes atleast.. They went up there and drilled the smallies and there kids caught em too. So I do little things like that so when I have major ish comign up like the fish off.. lol ( well major to me ) I can go out there 8 days before and spend some time playing. I do it every year. I use to do it at DVL. I spent 9 days at the bottom of the DVL hill before when the swimbaits were getting yacked like no other.. steady 35lbs a day for that 10 days. It was bliss.

Hey Fawker...Let me know before you head up there, we'll meet up fo sho! That's rad that your boss is chill like that. I run a family biz, so I'm pretty much my own boss, but also have a crap-ton of responsibility...It ain't no cake walk either...
Spawn @ Pyramid is stupid...She came off a bed:

oh for sure holmes on the meet up. Im going to wait until after Labor day though. I saw wayyyyy too many wakeboarders for my liking. Plus with the water cooling down the smallie action should kick into gear. not too far from my front door, just as far as dvl. Turns out Castaic if closer to my house than I thought too. 58 miles from that exit to my exit. So pumped. LA is going to see some of me in the near future.

Yeah dude...Alot of water lice in the summer. They don't "corral" them A Pyramid like they do @ Castaic unfortunately. Plus a really bad algae bloom this summer. Daytime fishing blows right now to say the least. Too much algae/moss on all the steeper walls...gross. Unless you get a weekday dead wind afternoon with no people out(YEAH RIGHT), then the frog bite would be WFO with hot stagnant water. High winds EVERYDAY, that's a fact of life there. Castaic is fishing better right now for sure. Massive top water flurries in the AM. Either way let me(and BB) know when you're down for our home waters and some "custom" worms, and we'll set that $#!T up!

WHO'S DOWN FOR THE LAKE SHOW THOUGH???
