Loomis rep for rod warranty?

I have two Loomis rods that a few years old that are broken, Who handles warranty issues for Loomis these days?

go through G Loomis directly for warranty. I've used the Xpeditor Service for the last few I've broken... it's a no fault, reduced fee replacement. If you go the traditional warranty route you have to pay to ship it to them and they will determine if it's a manufacture defect or it was something you did.... if the later, you'll end up paying the Xpeditor rate for replacement anyhow plus you'll be out the shipping cost and it will take longer
