Lowrance HDS 12 Gen 2 Issues

I just bought a Gen 2 HDS 12 It is replacing an HDS 9 Gen 2 mounted at the console. The issue I'm having is the Sidescan and Downscan Screens have multiple Horizontal black lines. Also the Sonar Screen does not show the bottom. I never had these issues with my HDS 9 I have attached pictures of my issues. any Help
