Matt Allen potentially set the new IGFA Men's 4 kg (8 lb) Line Class World Record for Arctic char with this beautiful 16-pound, 10-ounce fish that he recently caught and released while fishing the Tree River, Canada. The current IGFA World Record stands at 16 pounds. #fishigfa #joinigfa
