Minn Kota charger issue

Hello all. So I have a Minn Kota 4 bank charger. I have tested all the batteries and the are all good. The charger is showing an error red light on one of the banks. I kept the on board charger hooked up to that battery.When I hook up a single charger to that battery the red light is gone and the display shows a green light indicating full charge.

Is that a problem with the charger or is it a possibly a bad wire? Any info is appreciated.

Check for inline fuse on charger lead. But chargers do fail
