NBW event opener coming November 14th WEST RAMP

WE ARE GOING OUT OF THE WEST RAMP
Saturday, November 14, National Bass West is kicking off the Southwest Region with a tournament at Castaic. Start signing up when the gates open at 4:30 a.m. The gates will close at 5:45 a.m. We are going to have a meeting starting at 5:45 a.m. We want to make sure that we are on the water when the lake opens at 6:15 a.m. We will play the National Anthem and call the first boat out at 6:15 a.m. (as long as the life guards let us launch prior to.) Please make sure that you are signed up PRIOR to the meeting so that you are in the draw. If you signup AFTER we draw the chip for the first boat out, you will be following the last boat out…so set your clocks early and have some coffee, danish and juice/water on us during sign-ups.

This season will continue offering a 100% payback. 100% of ALL of the entry money that is collected is paid back to the anglers (nothing will be going towards expenses) and of course 100% of the options are paid back also.

The total entry/options is $310 (plus lake fees if you do not have a pass)
There will be membership due this tournament for the upcoming season.

We are continuing our free barbecued hamburgers/hot dogs during the weigh-ins. So come in hungry from fishing, weigh your fish and get lunch on us.

2 more days and it will be the start for the Southwest Division at Castaic for NBW.

Last season we averaged 39 teams per event, ($310 all in) paying out an average of $10,102 at each event. (the payout went from $7,400 with 30 teams to $13,770 for 52 teams)

Roger LaRoque who is a very talented music artist and has he own recording studio that some VERY BIG RECORDING STARS frequent, has made a very special DVD from last season's Southwest Region. All of us are very excited to take a peak at it and remember the fun that we have at the events for this region. This season he is going to continue documenting with video and still photos for all to get at the end of the 2009/2010 season.

I saw that your weekend got a little less hectic!

Mike is planning on fishing at Perris on Sunday with Frank Morrin.

Depending on the kids, I might come up there to watch the weigh-in. I am more than happy to help you out if you need anything while I am there.
